INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO THE ADMISSION FORM
  1. Attendance of New Parents Admissions Orientations Meeting (PYP Workshop) by both parents is a pare-requisite for confirmation of admission.
  2. Admission form is to be taken seriously, in case if you are not clear you can take help of neighbours / friends, but answer in form should be yours
  3. Please note that forms will not be accepted if all documents mentioned above are attached with the form or is incomplete.
  4. Forms will not be accepted at Fountainhead Preschool.
  5. Neither collection of admission form nor its submission is a guarantee for admission to the school.
  6. The school reserves complete rights to refuse admission without assigning any reason.
  7. Preference in admission will be given to the following:
 
  1. Siblings of current students
  2.  Fountainhead Preschool students
  3.  Staff wards
 
ASSESSMENT TESTS
  1. There will be no parent’s interaction or interview for pre-primary candidates unless the child has special needs. Admissions for primary years will be granted after the assessment test only.
  2. Assessment test is compulsory for all primary candidates (details of the test are in the table above).
Students from vernacular medium may be called twice for interactions and assessment.
  3. Students with special needs will have other procedure to be followed; their admission will not be confirmed on the dates given above.
 
TRANSPORT
  1. Please note that the “Transport Routes” given to you are at this point of time are a comprehensive list of stops that the school will be providing next year.
  2. The stops you choose will remain final; there will no change afterwards without a genuine reason which will be decided by the school.
  3. There may be a few additions of stops in areas which are hitherto uncovered. In case you believe that your area has not been covered you may make a request for the same on the “Transport Routes” page when giving it back. The school may or may not be able to add the stop/route. In either case, the school will inform you whether your request is being accepted at the time of giving confirmation letter for admission.
4. Without the final confirmation of the stop, admissions will not be confirmed.
