over 500 square feet of space for 20
students, making a clear statement of
response to the overcrowded conventional
schools in India. The furniture of each
classroom is flexible such that they can
be arranged in a variety of combinations
to facilitate group discussions, group
work and lectures. Adequate storage is
provided in each classroom to take care
of the teaching materials and the
